The official MAG project page identifies LÁ REVÁ Signature Residence as the group’s mixed-use launch in Egypt. The intake spelling “Larifa” and developer entry “MBG” are corrected to the official title LÁ REVÁ and Methaq Arab Group abbreviation MAG.

Master Plan

MAG publishes a project area of approximately 38 acres, 36 buildings, a G+8 height profile and more than 60% landscape. The residential buildings are arranged around gardens, water features and swimming pools alongside hotel and commercial components.
