Obsidier Towers New Capital is located in Downtown Tourist Towers District, first row overlooking the Green River, New Administrative Capital.

Overview

Designed by Mohamed Talaat Architects, the development combines a shopping podium with three upper towers for business and healthcare activity, with separate circulation supporting the different uses.

Master Plan

The official brochure presents three connected towers rising above a shared podium, with G+25 floors and most outward views directed toward green spaces. The project occupies about 13,500 sqm.

Unit Types

Retail shops occupy the commercial levels, while administrative offices and medical clinics are offered in the tower floors. Current source examples start around 48 sqm, but availability changes by release.

Project Features

Planned features include panoramic views, differentiated entrances and elevators, parking, meeting and co-working spaces, security, CCTV, fire-safety systems, food and retail services.
