The official project material describes open areas, water features, entertainment and daily services distributed across the master plan. A published master-plan image was imported from the official project site.

The official page lists a 47 sqm studio, 70 sqm one-bedroom chalet, 84 sqm two-bedroom chalet, 121 sqm three-bedroom chalet and a 192 sqm five-bedroom townhouse plot.

The official site does not publish a fixed price or delivery date. Property Finder reports a 3.5 million EGP launch price and Q4 2030 delivery; these are labelled source-varied, not guaranteed current terms.

Source audit
Identity and the Arabic title بوز الساحل الشمالي are confirmed by the official bilingual project site and corroborated by Property Finder Egypt.
