Vista Mall

Vista Mall is a mixed-use project by Project Gate Developments in El Shorouk City, near the French University. It brings together commercial shops, administrative offices and medical clinics.

The developer describes three street-facing frontages, a plaza and parking. Construction commencement was reported in January 2026.

Unit sizes, finishing and availability depend on the individual unit. Contact Impact Group to confirm current prices, payment terms and handover arrangements before making a decision. Images shown are architectural renderings of the project.
